Eric has been the owner of Lone Star Recreation of Texas since 2018 when he acquired Lone Star Recreation, Inc. Eric has over 29 years of experience leading and developing diverse, international, and multicultural businesses. His hands-on approach to leading comes from his service in the United States Marine Corp. His technical expertise started with an Engineering degree from Texas A&M, and his keen business sense comes from his MBA in Executive Leadership from Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. In his career he has had opportunities to work with many of the world’s top manufacturers, becoming an industry leader himself in polymer material development, business and supply strategies, and production of new innovating products.
In 2016, after 24 years in large Fortune 100 companies, he wanted to do more. Driven by his personal passion for impacting kids’ lives, he started searching for a business that allowed him to combine his passion and experiences.
