Humble Elementary

Overview

Humble Elementary School’s new playground brings fun and adventure while celebrating Hispanic heritage! This fiesta-themed playspace is designed for ages 5-12 and features several PlayBooster® towers with custom DigiFuse® panels creating the effect of a stucco house with a terracotta roof! Children have multiple routes to enter the tower structure, including a multi-layer belting and rope climber providing physical challenge and adventurous fun. Once inside, children have the opportunity to explore a variety of rooms with unique activities and hangout spaces. A 12-foot slide provides a thrilling ride back down to the ground for the fun to continue.  A symbol communication sign includes pictures and symbols in both English and Spanish ensuring that non-verbal, speech-challenged and early-learning individuals have a way to communicate with friends and caregivers.

Massive SkyWays® flower shades provide protection and relief from the sun while children explore the variety of nets, climbers, and Rhapsody® Outdoor Musical instruments throughout the space. A seamless poured-in-place safety surfacing ensures access for users of all abilities and features colorful rainforest animals, guitars, flowers and sugar skulls! A variety of activity panels, seek and find medallions, slides, spinners, and swings extend the fun throughout the entire playground.
